Instead of relying on willpower, restriction, or starting over again and again, this 3-week course helps you build a new relationship with your body, your habits, and the way you respond to food.
Using simple self-hypnosis tools, nervous system regulation techniques, and small, realistic shifts, you’ll begin to understand what’s actually driving your habits—and how to change them in a way that lasts.
This is about creating change from the inside out.
What you’ll experience
3 live 90-minute group sessions (once per week)
Guided self-hypnosis and practical tools you can use daily
Simple, sustainable habit shifts (no extremes or overwhelm)
A supportive group environment with others on a similar path

Lifetime access to a private Facebook support group
Recordings of each session (so you can revisit or catch up anytime)
